[Training Fee Refund Policy]

1. Refunds for training fees follow these rules:

①If you cancel after payment but before the training begins, you will receive a full refund.
②If you withdraw before one-third of the training is completed, two-thirds of the fee will be refunded.
③If you withdraw before one-half of the training is completed, one-half of the fee will be refunded.
④No refund will be made once half or more of the training has been completed.

2. A refund may be granted in special cases such as natural disasters, the death of an immediate direct family members, or an accident involving the trainee. In these cases, you will need to provide supporting documents.

3. If the training is canceled due to the Association’s responsibility, the full fee will be refunded.

4. For the Quality Control Manager’s Training Program, refunds are made according to the Operational Guidelines for the Quality Control Manager’s Training Program.

5. If you cancel before the training starts and have already received the training materials (books), you must request a return within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. Only undamaged materials can be returned, and the training fee will be refunded within 3 business days after the return is completed.
